Responsibilities

• Make 500+ outbound calls every day to prospective customers
• Engage prospects using proven scripts, systems, and sales processes
• Build rapport quickly and navigate objections
• Identify qualified prospects and book appointments for Enrollment Advisors
• Execute follow-up sequences and call cadences consistently
• Accurately track activity and results inside our CRM

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of sales experience
• Previous experience in outbound sales, SDR, appointment setting, or cold calling
• Excellent spoken English with clear, professional communication
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace
• Resilience and ability to handle high-volume rejection
