Outbound Marketing & Automation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own the Enterprise HR Outbound Motion by designing campaigns targeting HR executives in mid-market and enterprise companies
• Act as the chief architect of the outbound engine using Make.com and Zapier to orchestrate multi-channel touches
• Utilize Claude and other LLMs via API to generate hyper-personalized, context-aware outreach at scale
• Manage email infrastructure, including domain setup, inbox warming, and compliance (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to ensure high deliverability
• Build automated CRM routing systems to ensure seamless lead handoff to the Sales team
• Drive and own core KPIs including pipeline generation, open rates, reply rates, and meetings booked

Requirements

• Proven experience building complex, reliable workflows using Make.com and/or Zapier
• Proficiency working with Webhooks and APIs
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, specifically with Claude, to create persuasive B2B copy
• Strong knowledge of technical email infrastructure (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Experience in B2B marketing or sales, ideally targeting Mid-Market or Enterprise HR leaders
• A builder's mentality with the ability to analyze campaign data and run A/B tests
