Outpatient Psychiatrist

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and medication management to a diverse demographic of patients
• Develop personalized treatment plans for an average caseload of approximately 50 patients per week
• Deliver clinical care via a telehealth platform
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and offer guidance to peers and supervisors
• Contribute to clinical training initiatives and quality improvement projects

Requirements

• Doctorate degree (MD or DO) from an accredited school
• Completed a Psychiatry residency program including Primary Care rotations
• Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Psychiatry
• Active and unrestricted medical license and DEA number in CT, FL, MA, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, or TX
• Experience in an outpatient setting and with telehealth/telemedicine
• Proficiency in psychotherapy modalities such as CBT or DBT
• Strong technical aptitude with EHR platforms and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional residencies in Neurology, Internal Medicine, or Obstetrics-Gynecology
• Experience with Psychodynamic Modality
• Interest in advancing into supervisory or leadership roles
