Job description

Responsibilities

  • Help companies resolve technology issues related to servers, data backups, disaster recovery, and equipment ordering
  • Execute B2B transactions for managed services, fiber, and VoIP
  • Phase 1: Perform inside sales/telemarketing duties, scrubbing calls, and setting appointments
  • Phase 2: Meet with clients and close business
  • Maintain KPIs of at least 3 appointments set per week and 100 calls per day

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST, Monday to Friday)
  • Home office with computer (min 8GB RAM, i5 Windows 10 or macOS Big Sur)
  • Stable internet connection (min 5mbps upload/download)
  • Quality noise-canceling headset
  • Mobile phone capable of installing Microsoft Authentication app
  • Ability to pass online behavior and cognitive assessments
  • NBI Clearance (for PH applicants)
