Responsibilities

Depending on the chosen bloc, responsibilities include:

• Admin: Supplier and customer payment follow-ups, client legal documents, HR systems, and recruitment support.
• Sales & Business Development: Managing inbound leads via WhatsApp, email, and calls, and conducting market research.
• Marketing: Creating content for blogs and social media, SEO briefs, landing pages, and campaign reporting.
• Operation: Managing wedding checklists, supplier bookings, timelines, and on-site coordination.

Requirements

• Commitment of 6 months minimum (ideally 12+ months)
• Minimum 20 hours per week
• Proven experience building, running, or selling something independently (side hustle, club, etc.)
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Proficiency with digital tools (Zoho, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, AI tools)
• For Operation bloc: availability on weekends and evenings

Preferred Qualifications

• Second language (Arabic, French, Russian, Tagalog, Georgian, or Hindi/Urdu)
• Design or data literacy (Canva, Photoshop, Figma, or advanced spreadsheets)
• Relevant industry exposure (hospitality, retail, or bookkeeping)
