Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and refine media buying strategies to maximize ROI for a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Build, launch, and fine-tune Meta campaigns, managing bids and optimizing performance for ROAS
  • Analyze campaign metrics to uncover actionable insights and guide data-driven decisions
  • Partner with creative, strategy, and production teams to develop growth solutions
  • Efficiently allocate ad budgets to ensure maximum impact
  • Transform complex metrics into clear stories for technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3+ years in digital advertising with direct response marketing experience
  • Exceptional quantitative reasoning and advanced Excel skills
  • Proven track record managing high-spend Meta ad campaigns ($1M+/month)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
  • Ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with FB Ads API, SQL, and BI tools
  • Multi-platform expertise including Snap, TikTok, Google, or Pinterest
  • Experience working alongside creative teams or crafting social media content
