Paid Social Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own and scale paid social strategy across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, managing budgets across multiple international markets
• Build, launch, and optimize full-funnel campaigns from awareness to conversion
• Run structured creative testing cycles to identify winning creative angles
• Monitor key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, reach, and frequency
• Explore and pilot emerging paid social platforms like Reddit and Pinterest
• Collaborate with the paid media team to align with Google Ads, Bing, and Apple Search Ads strategies
• Report on performance and scaling opportunities using attribution data and dashboards

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns at scale
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads (campaign structuring, creative testing, bidding, and targeting)
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English is mandatory
• Strong command of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, etc.)
• Proven track record managing full-funnel strategies across international markets
• Analytical mindset comfortable with attribution data and reporting tools
• Structured approach to creative testing and iteration

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Reddit Ads or Pinterest Ads
• Familiarity with the broader paid media ecosystem (Google Ads, Bing, Apple Search Ads)
