Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial agreements including health plan service agreements, provider network contracts, and data use agreements
• Identify key legal issues and support contract negotiations
• Manage contract lifecycle processes
• Maintain corporate records
• Partner cross-functionally with compliance, growth, and external counsel teams

Requirements

• At least five years of paralegal experience
• Strong background in healthcare contracts
• Thorough understanding of HIPAA
• Familiarity with AKS, Stark Law, and healthcare data privacy requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with contract management systems
• Track record of process improvement
