Responsibilities

• Support legal and strategic initiatives related to international trade, including antidumping and countervailing duty (AD/CVD) matters and trade remedy proceedings
• Assist with customs compliance, including classification, valuation, and trade remedy proceedings
• Support compliance with forced labor regulations, including obligations under the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA)
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments related to energy policy, trade policy, and manufacturing incentives
• Support development and maintenance of internal compliance programs related to customs, trade, supply chain, diligence, and ethics
• Support legal policy matters related to renewable energy incentives, including Sections 45X and 48E
• Support the development of policy positions, public comments, and regulatory strategies
• Partner with cross-functional teams across legal, supply chain, operations, and investor relations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in trade, compliance, or regulatory law
• Understanding of U.S. trade policy, customs law, and compliance frameworks affecting manufacturing and global supply chains
• Experience working on AD/CVD proceedings, trade remedies, or UFLPA compliance
• Familiarity with renewable energy policy and advanced manufacturing incentives (Sections 45X and 48E)
• Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate complex legal and policy work streams
