Job description
Responsibilities
- Negotiate frequently with key affiliate partners
- Resolve complex requests and claims from paying members
- Acquire new partnerships through multi-channel outreach
- Use market and central team insights to grow partner portfolios
- Provide consultancy, support and training on system portals
- Conduct performance analysis on regional accounts and build development strategies
- Monitor account activity and identify tailored solutions
- Prepare development reporting and submit partner pipelines
- Attract and onboard new partners
Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing affiliate or partner programs
- Proven track record in negotiations and partner retention
- Comfort working with claims and contractor agreements

- Ability to work independently in a distributed/remote team
