Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate frequently with key affiliate partners
  • Resolve complex requests and claims from paying members
  • Acquire new partnerships through multi-channel outreach
  • Use market and central team insights to grow partner portfolios
  • Provide consultancy, support and training on system portals
  • Conduct performance analysis on regional accounts and build development strategies
  • Monitor account activity and identify tailored solutions
  • Prepare development reporting and submit partner pipelines
  • Attract and onboard new partners

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing affiliate or partner programs
  • Proven track record in negotiations and partner retention
  • Comfort working with claims and contractor agreements
  • Experience with performance reporting and regional growth strategies
  • Ability to work independently in a distributed/remote team
