Job description

Responsibilities

  • Drive $10-12M annual partner-sourced pipeline and $4-5M closed-won revenue through AWS, Databricks, and Red Hat partnerships
  • Build and maintain relationships with 20-30 key field and services leaders across hyperscaler and ISV ecosystems
  • Develop and execute co-sell and co-delivery motions, including joint customer workshops, POCs, and implementation projects
  • Create and maintain a portfolio of packaged joint solutions for field use with partner sales and professional services teams
  • Secure and deploy MDF for high-impact activities including CXO roundtables, ABM campaigns, and partner events
  • Ensure clean opportunity registration and visibility in partner portals (AWS ACE, Databricks Partner Portal, Red Hat Connect)
  • Use AI tools to research accounts, draft joint value propositions, analyze pipeline health, and codify winning playbooks

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of B2B partnerships, alliances, or channel experience in services, consulting, or SaaS
  • Direct experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, or Red Hat ecosystems
  • Proven track record of partner-sourced pipeline and revenue with specific metrics to share
  • Proficiency with partner portals and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho)
  • Demonstrated integration of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) into daily workflow for research, drafting, and analysis
  • Strong relationship-building skills with field and services leaders; excellent written communication for joint assets

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA from a reputed business school
  • Relevant partner certifications (AWS, Databricks, Red Hat, or equivalent)
