Partner Integration Engineer

About the Company

The European Payments Initiative is changing the way Europe pays with Wero, a proudly European digital wallet designed to make payments easier, clearer, and more secure. Backed by 16 major banks and the two largest European acquirers, we are building a brand new payment system protected under European laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and product consulting, training, and advice to members during their integration with the EPI platform
• Understand the EPI technical platform and Wero product in-depth to contribute to further enhancements
• Participate in pre-sales activities by providing technical insight and advice to prospective partners
• Share partner insights and feedback with internal teams to improve products and processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with software engineers
• Understanding of modern software architecture and technologies (e.g., MongoDB, REST API design)
• Experience with public cloud (e.g., AWS) and security practices
• Prior experience in integration engineering, technical account management, or technical customer success
• Fluent in English (CEFR C1 or C2)
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences
• Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with financial technology or digital payment platforms
• Understanding of the European digital payments and banking landscape and regulations
• Proficiency in French, German, or Dutch
