Job description

Responsibilities

  • Source new clients and deal flow from your network, targeting founder-led companies, institutional investors, family offices, and corporate sellers
  • Lead execution of buy-side, sell-side, and capital raise mandates including valuation, strategic positioning, negotiations, and due diligence
  • Act as the lead strategic advisor for clients regarding exit strategies and capital structuring
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, financial analysis, legal, and CRM teams to deliver outcomes
  • Participate in firm growth initiatives and knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or M&A advisory
  • Proven track record of originating and closing deals
  • Existing network of potential clients including founders, PE firms, and family offices
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in software, e-commerce, or technology sectors
