Job description
Responsibilities
- Own and develop the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the channel business across N.EMEA, with a primary focus on UKI and BENELUX
- Participate at both global and regional levels, interacting with partners and colleagues across EMEA and North America
- Grow the partner account base through proactive recruitment in targeted channels
- Qualify partner-generated opportunities before transferring to the regional sales team
- Generate a partner-driven pipeline via prospecting with partners’ customer-facing representatives
- Serve as a liaison between sales teams and partners to build strong working relationships, meeting/exceeding territory goals
- Lead partner marketing initiatives (e.g., seminars, webinars, campaigns, trade shows)
- Provide clear, organized reporting on both active and target partners
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in sales or channel roles within SaaS and/or B2B industries
- Able to work hybrid from the Dubai office (at least 3 days in office)
- Passionate about sales and sales processes
- Enthusiastic about working in a collaborative team environment
- Proven track record of success with the ability to replicate it
- Comfortable engaging internally and externally at multiple organizational levels
- Proactive and self-motivated mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with consultancies and digital agencies
- Experience within Microsoft (MSFT) and/or SAP ecosystems (strong plus)
- Multilingual abilities considered a plus
