Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the channel business across N.EMEA, with a primary focus on UKI and BENELUX
  • Participate at both global and regional levels, interacting with partners and colleagues across EMEA and North America
  • Grow the partner account base through proactive recruitment in targeted channels
  • Qualify partner-generated opportunities before transferring to the regional sales team
  • Generate a partner-driven pipeline via prospecting with partners’ customer-facing representatives
  • Serve as a liaison between sales teams and partners to build strong working relationships, meeting/exceeding territory goals
  • Lead partner marketing initiatives (e.g., seminars, webinars, campaigns, trade shows)
  • Provide clear, organized reporting on both active and target partners

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in sales or channel roles within SaaS and/or B2B industries
  • Able to work hybrid from the Dubai office (at least 3 days in office)
  • Passionate about sales and sales processes
  • Enthusiastic about working in a collaborative team environment
  • Proven track record of success with the ability to replicate it
  • Comfortable engaging internally and externally at multiple organizational levels
  • Proactive and self-motivated mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with consultancies and digital agencies
  • Experience within Microsoft (MSFT) and/or SAP ecosystems (strong plus)
  • Multilingual abilities considered a plus
