Job description

Responsibilities

  • Operationalize and scale co-sell and referral programs with partners
  • Act as the primary evangelist to partner sales teams through training and pitch decks
  • Drive revenue by joining partner sales calls and delivering product demonstrations
  • Manage CRM integrity for the channel, including deal tracking and lead flow
  • Serve as a technical liaison between partners and internal Product/Engineering teams
  • Identify and resolve friction points in the co-sell process

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Partner Management, Sales Enablement, or Account Management in SaaS
  • Proven track record of hitting sales-related quotas
  • Experience building or operationalizing partner channels from the ground up
  • Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM
  • Ability to translate technical issues into requirements for engineering teams
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills
