Partner Procurement Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement processes for new and existing Data and Technology partners globally
• Coordinate initial reviews of legal documentation including NDAs, DPAs, and MSAs
• Manage communication with internal Legal and Data Protection teams to ensure smooth coordination
• Drive commercial negotiations and agreement renewals to secure optimal pricing, SLAs, and contract terms
• Act as the primary operational bridge between internal teams and external vendors
• Maintain a centralized repository of all partner-related legal, compliance, and commercial documents

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in procurement, vendor management, or commercial operations within a B2B tech environment
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of handling negotiations and optimizing costs
• Excellent legal literacy with the ability to understand contract structures and translate business needs into legal requirements
• Fluency in English (C2 level) with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• High level of independence, proactiveness, and sharp attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior procurement or vendor coordination experience specifically within the Fintech, RegTech, or Identity Verification industries
• Experience working from the "buyer's side" evaluating and onboarding external infrastructure, software, or data providers
