Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, acquire, and onboard new partners while nurturing and expanding existing relationships
  • Act as the primary contact for partners, addressing needs and resolving issues to ensure they achieve business objectives
  • Ensure all partners operate within company business, regulatory, and brand guidelines to maintain high compliance standards
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and events teams to implement market development strategies
  • Represent the company at industry events, including expos, conventions, and seminars (occasional short-term travel required)
  • Provide strategic insights and support to partners to drive retention and business growth
  • Meet and exceed management-set KPIs and growth targets

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Partnership Management or Business Development within the financial services industry
  • Fluency in both English and Vietnamese is required
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development in competitive markets
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements within the financial services industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced global environment
