Job description

Responsibilities

  • Drive tight alignment with the Regional VP and Regional Directors to build and execute region‑wide GTM strategies
  • Assess market dynamics to ensure optimal partner coverage that accelerates Field Sales success
  • Lead cross‑functional alignment across marketing, support, CX, and more
  • Continually refine the GTM model to stay ahead of industry shifts and partner opportunities

Requirements

  • A proven track record of smashing revenue targets
  • Hands‑on experience running GTM motions across all partner types: Channel, Tech Alliances, Cloud, and GSIs
  • Strong relationships with top national VARs/SIs (WWT, Trace3, Slalom, etc.)
  • Passion for generating net-new, sourced business through the partner ecosystem
  • Ability to excel in a high‑velocity, multi‑tasking environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
