Responsibilities
- Drive tight alignment with the Regional VP and Regional Directors to build and execute region‑wide GTM strategies
- Assess market dynamics to ensure optimal partner coverage that accelerates Field Sales success
- Lead cross‑functional alignment across marketing, support, CX, and more
- Continually refine the GTM model to stay ahead of industry shifts and partner opportunities
Requirements
- A proven track record of smashing revenue targets
- Hands‑on experience running GTM motions across all partner types: Channel, Tech Alliances, Cloud, and GSIs
- Strong relationships with top national VARs/SIs (WWT, Trace3, Slalom, etc.)
- Passion for generating net-new, sourced business through the partner ecosystem
- Ability to excel in a high‑velocity, multi‑tasking environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
