Job description

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day partner onboarding and relationship management
  • Process and validate partner product data to marketplace standards
  • Coordinate with merchandising, buying, and logistics to resolve partner queries
  • Monitor partner KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
  • Assist with contracts, onboarding documentation, and system access setup
  • Implement promotions, price updates, and catalog changes with approvals
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and deliver assigned actions
  • Contribute to process improvements and internal documentation
  • Provide clear, professional partner-facing communication
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects: competitor analysis, research, training materials

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good English verbal and written communication
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic data validation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, service-focused mindset
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in e-commerce, luxury retail, or brand partnerships
  • Familiarity with ERP or catalog tools
  • Prior customer service, retail, or operations experience (internships or part-time)
  • Additional languages beyond English
