Partner Solutions Architect - MEA

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership, influence, and guidance to Zscaler's partner community, with a focus on regional telcos, service providers, distributors, and resellers.
• Assist partners in building a robust Zscaler practice through education, co-selling activities, partner labs, and service offering creation.
• Collaborate closely with Zscaler field teams and GSI, GSP, MSSP, and Velocity teams to drive engagement with strategic partners.
• Represent the voice of the partner to Zscaler's product teams by participating in executive briefings, partner technical advisory boards, and early product access programs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical pre-sales, channel pre-sales, or solutions architecture experience.
• Broad and deep understanding of security, networking, authentication, cloud, and internet fundamentals.
• Ability to drive strategic technical relationships and build technical champions within partner organizations.
• Strong skills in navigating complex partner organizational structures; outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong proficiency in English; Arabic language skills highly desirable.
• Ability to understand and interpret organizational dynamics to engage and influence key technology and enterprise architecture decision makers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with National Telecommunications Companies in the MEA region.
• Experience managing executive-level relationships.
• Demonstrated, recurring success in a similar role at a vendor or partner organization.
