Partner Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular, proactive communication with partner stakeholders
• Build trust and credibility with partner stakeholders across all levels
• Translate partner feedback into actionable insights for product, operations, and clinical teams
• Drive growth and expansion within existing partnerships
• Own visibility into key metrics like referral volume, SLA trends, and utilization
• Serve as the escalation point for partner relationship issues
• Lead end-to-end implementation planning and execution for new partnerships
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver successful program launches

Requirements

• Clinical degree or licensure (OT or related healthcare credential)
• 3+ years of project management, consulting, or partner management experience in healthcare
• Experience managing complex implementations or program launches
• Understanding of healthcare payer operations (Medicaid, managed care, value-based care)
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data
• Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of home and community-based services (HCBS)
• Experience with healthcare technology implementations
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
