Partnership Data & Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop regional data partnerships across the Middle East, ensuring timely and reliable data delivery and strong partner engagement.
• Source and onboard new data partners across commodities, leveraging regional networks to expand data coverage.
• Serve as the first point of contact for partner data ingestion issues; diagnose, coordinate and escalate with Data Operations and Engineering to protect ROI and accelerate time to value.
• Deliver platform demonstrations, walkthroughs, and technical enablement for partners and prospects.
• Proactively resolve partner queries, gather structured feedback, and feed insights into product and operations teams.
• Collaborate closely with local Sales teams to track commercial opportunities and align partnership efforts with customer needs.
• Represent Kpler at regional industry events to build relationships and identify new data sources and partnership opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in commodities, shipping, logistics, or market intelligence with commercial or operational exposure to trade, cargo-tracking, or commodity datasets.
• Experience acting as a technical bridge between external data providers and internal Data Ops / Engineering teams.
• Proven ability to prioritise work based on customer impact and commercial value, and to own outcomes end-to-end.
