Job description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire strategic ISVs, system integrators and technology partners across the region
  • Conduct technical vetting, coordinate contracting, and lead senior-level partner alignment meetings
  • Drive partner onboarding including sales, marketing and customer success enablement
  • Activate partner profiles, manage access rights and guide partners on success tools
  • Collaborate with partners on business and marketing plans, account mapping and lead generation
  • Manage partner pipelines, review performance and coordinate training to improve partner capabilities
  • Ensure smooth lead handoffs to sales and work closely with customer success to resolve escalations
  • Track partner-sourced leads/opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Organize regular alignment calls and engage partners in company events and updates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years partner development
  • CPaaS or SaaS experience
  • ISV/System partner exposure
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • CRM proficiency
  • Cross-functional teamwork
  • Excellent communication

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Experience with WhatsApp, SMS and Voice APIs
  • Previous work with banks, telcos or large enterprises
  • Arabic language skills (advantageous)
  • Proven track record scaling channel programs in MEA
