Partnership Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand strategic partnerships, including IBs, affiliates, and white-label partners
• Identify and onboard new business partners across the MENA region
• Manage and nurture existing partnerships to maximize engagement and revenue growth
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and compliance departments to ensure partner success
• Analyze partnership performance and provide reports with actionable insights
• Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and webinars
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new partnership opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Partnership Management, Business Development, or Affiliate Management within the Forex, Crypto, or Financial Services industry
• Strong understanding of the Forex/CFD trading environment and partner business models
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Based in Egypt and available to work in a hybrid model
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
