Partnerships Lead

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships with TikTok Shop US and UK partnership, category, and TSP teams
• Drive Reacher's TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) certification end-to-end
• Manage relationships with top strategic accounts including holding companies and enterprise brands
• Run structured cadences, QBRs, and expansion planning for strategic accounts
• Build and maintain co-sell and co-marketing relationships with TSPs and creator agencies
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to align on pipeline and platform requests

Requirements

• 3–6+ years in partnerships, strategic accounts, or business development at a SaaS, commerce, or creator economy platform
• Track record managing 20+ strategic accounts simultaneously with executive-level relationships
• Demonstrated experience closing co-marketing and co-sell deals
• Strong written communication and execution capability in a fast-moving startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing relationships inside TikTok Shop (US or UK partnership orgs or category teams)
• Prior experience at a TikTok Shop Partner (TSP), creator agency, or holding company
• Experience leading a SaaS company through platform partner certification
• Working knowledge of the creator economy, affiliate marketing, or social commerce
