Job description

Responsibilities

  • Run the long-tail partner pipeline autonomously, including qualifying, nurturing, and moving deals forward
  • Manage partners post-onboarding through co-marketing coordination, integration support, and account mapping
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a book of partners, representing Supabase in external conversations
  • Own and extend the operational backbone of the partner program, including intake, onboarding workflows, and tracking systems
  • Identify process gaps and build automated solutions to improve partner operations
  • Maintain high data hygiene across partner records, agreements, and revenue attribution

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in Partnerships, referral marketing, or channel sales
  • Domain expertise working with ISVs, database companies, or app marketplace ecosystems
  • Proven track record of driving successful co-marketing, co-sell, and referral campaigns
  • Proficiency with Notion and various automation tools
  • Ability to work autonomously in a self-directed, remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) motions and developer community dynamics
  • Prior experience working at an early-stage startup
  • Experience building side projects or prototypes using Supabase and AI-powered tools
