Job description

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prioritize, and sign POS, LOS, and technology partners to expand Truv's reach across the mortgage ecosystem
  • Work with Product and Engineering to define and launch integrations that make Truv easy to adopt inside partner platforms
  • Build co-marketing and co-selling programs, joint messaging, and enablement campaigns to generate qualified pipeline
  • Own partner relationships end-to-end, from initial conversation through launch and ongoing growth
  • Partner with Sales to leverage the ecosystem in active deals to unlock partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue
  • Establish the processes, agreements, and structure for a scalable partnership program from the ground up

Requirements

  • 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or alliances within fintech, SaaS, or mortgage technology
  • Deep understanding of the mortgage technology ecosystem, specifically POS and LOS platforms
  • Proven track record of signing and activating partnerships that produce measurable pipeline or revenue
  • Experience building joint go-to-market and co-selling motions with technology partners
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and program-management skills
  • Ability to work closely with Product and Engineering teams on integration-based partnerships
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to build a function from scratch

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing relationships with mortgage POS/LOS or fintech platform partners
  • Familiarity with verification workflows and consumer-permissioned data
  • Experience with API/integration-based partnerships and marketplaces
  • Experience working in early-stage or high-growth company environments
