Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead external partnership initiatives and serve as the bridge between ALX and institutional partners
  • Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle from proposal evaluation to implementation and assessment
  • Build and nurture relationships with key partners to deepen engagement and unlock new opportunities
  • Develop compelling partnership proposals and craft customised value propositions for strategic technology companies
  • Lead partnership negotiations on scope, terms, deliverables, and success metrics
  • Build and maintain a robust 6–12 month partnership pipeline through market research and ecosystem mapping
  • Create executive-level partnership reports showcasing impact, learner outcomes, and strategic value
  • Facilitate the Weekly Partnerships Proposal Forum and manage the complete proposal review process
  • Orchestrate cross-functional implementation across Product, Tech, Learning, Finance, Legal, and Brand teams
  • Develop partnership financial models, standardized templates, and performance dashboards

Requirements

  • Strategic thinking with ability to build long-term strategies aligned with organisational objectives
  • Demonstrated relationship management excellence and complex stakeholder management
  • Proven cross-functional leadership and ability to influence without direct authority
  • Strong business acumen including operational economics, financial modeling, and commercial negotiations
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations and documents
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience delivering large cross-functional complex projects
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and rapid follow-through on deliverables
  • Self-starter mindset comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced execution
