Job description
Responsibilities
- Lead external partnership initiatives and serve as the bridge between ALX and institutional partners
- Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle from proposal evaluation to implementation and assessment
- Build and nurture relationships with key partners to deepen engagement and unlock new opportunities
- Develop compelling partnership proposals and craft customised value propositions for strategic technology companies
- Lead partnership negotiations on scope, terms, deliverables, and success metrics
- Build and maintain a robust 6–12 month partnership pipeline through market research and ecosystem mapping
- Create executive-level partnership reports showcasing impact, learner outcomes, and strategic value
- Facilitate the Weekly Partnerships Proposal Forum and manage the complete proposal review process
- Orchestrate cross-functional implementation across Product, Tech, Learning, Finance, Legal, and Brand teams
- Develop partnership financial models, standardized templates, and performance dashboards
Requirements
- Strategic thinking with ability to build long-term strategies aligned with organisational objectives
- Demonstrated relationship management excellence and complex stakeholder management
- Proven cross-functional leadership and ability to influence without direct authority
- Strong business acumen including operational economics, financial modeling, and commercial negotiations
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations and documents
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience delivering large cross-functional complex projects
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and rapid follow-through on deliverables
- Self-starter mindset comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced execution
