Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for prospective patients from partner clinics
• Guide clients through the booking process, including answering questions about availability and insurance
• Proactively follow up with referrals via phone, text, and email
• Build trust and overcome barriers for patients feeling nervous or hesitant about care
• Manage high-volume workflows including inbound/outbound calls, cancellations, and reschedules
• Work toward team booking targets and performance goals

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish required
• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, mental health, call centers, or customer-facing sales
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple systems and conversations simultaneously
• Familiarity with HIPAA and patient privacy
• Ability to work weekends when needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with scheduling or support tools such as HubSpot
