Job description

Responsibilities

  • Call and text prospective patients to schedule their first appointment
  • Handle a steady daily volume of outreach with consistent follow-up
  • Document all patient touchpoints accurately in our systems
  • Explain Nabi's eating disorder care program clearly and compassionately
  • Navigate patient questions and concerns with empathy
  • Coordinate closely with the clinical care team to ensure smooth handoffs

Requirements

  • Experience in a phone-based role (healthcare, intakes, enrollment, call center, customer support, or admissions)
  • Strong verbal communication skills with warm, confident energy
  • Highly organized with disciplined follow-up habits
  • Comfortable using scripts and following structured processes
  • Flexible availability across morning, afternoon, and evening shifts; weekend availability preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior healthcare, intake, or patient enrollment experience
  • Familiarity with eating disorder care or behavioral health services
