We’re the first vertically integrated, AI-powered platform to unite ordering, telehealth, prescriptions, insurance, and fulfillment into one seamless experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own your queue by responding to patient, caregiver, and provider inquiries across phone, SMS, email, and chat
  • Help patients navigate order status, insurance requirements, and documentation needs
  • Resolve issues end-to-end by coordinating across internal teams
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and compassion
  • Identify operational gaps and flag recurring workflow issues to improve processes
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation
  • Work within AI-powered support tools and automation
  • Adapt quickly to new workflows and tools as the company scales

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in customer support, patient services, or healthcare operations
  • Experience managing high-volume support interactions across multiple channels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask across systems with high attention to detail
  • Comfort navigating multiple platforms simultaneously
  • Availability to work scheduled shifts aligned with Eastern Time business hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with support tools like Intercom, Zendesk, or Aircall
  • Familiarity with Healthcare, DME, insurance, or Medicaid/Medicare
  • Experience with AI-assisted ticketing systems
