Patient Experience Specialist

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through the imaging scheduling process, delivering a seamless, supportive, and personalized experience
• Coordinate with patients, healthcare providers, and imaging centers to ensure timely access to diagnostic imaging
• Answer patient questions, resolve issues proactively, and remove barriers to care
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals while maintaining high standards of quality and empathy
• Identify opportunities to improve the patient experience by collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
• Contribute to refining workflows, documentation, and best practices

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a call center, customer support, or patient services role
• Spanish fluency (written and spoken) is required
• Experience in healthcare, clinical, or patient scheduling industries
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to remain calm and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
