Patient Monitoring Clinical Applications Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop product, clinical, and software knowledge within a specific LCS modality
• Provide clinicians with the skills to obtain optimal performance from GE Healthcare equipment
• Conduct pre-sale product clinical evaluations and educational sessions
• Develop and administer clinical training to end-user personnel
• Coordinate training delivery with sales, project management, and service teams
• Execute on-site or remote clinical education delivery to drive revenue
• Maintain comprehensive documentation pre- and post-training
• Provide ongoing post-installation training and support for product enhancements
• Manage customer relationships and communicate product feedback to management and marketing
• Manage travel and lodging budgets and submit expense reports

Requirements

• Active registered nursing license
• Experience in a critical care environment
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively (80%+, 4-5 days per week)
• Proficient use of Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to learn specialized industry software and provide digital training solutions
