Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume patient scheduling for partner clinics, handling 500–600 calls weekly
  • Book new patient consultations, follow-ups, and rescheduled appointments per clinic protocols
  • Answer patient questions and provide education on recommended treatment options
  • Review provider notes and treatment plans in EHR systems, documenting accurately for tracking
  • Communicate appointment details and next steps clearly and professionally
  • Follow clinic-specific workflows, provider preferences, and escalation procedures
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient information at all times

Requirements

  • Prior experience in patient scheduling, healthcare operations, or medical front desk roles
  • Proficiency navigating EHR systems and entering patient demographics and insurance data
  • Strong phone communication skills with ability to convey empathy and clarity
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments
  • Self-discipline and reliability to perform consistently in a remote setting
