Payer Implementation Analyst

About the Company

Chamber Cardio is rebuilding the cardiology system around outcomes rather than volume. We partner with independent cardiologists to help them lead population health efforts in their communities, equipping them with technology, data, and operational tools that translate complex insights into better care for patients.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project management for payer implementations, including project plans, work-streams, timelines, and open items.
• Support implementations from contracting through go-live by tracking decisions and follow-ups.
• Own intake and documentation for incoming payer requests.
• Prepare polished payer-facing materials, including project plans, decks, and implementation updates.
• Engage directly with payer partners on implementation calls to manage deliverables and document decisions.
• Work closely with Clinical, Operations, Finance, Provider Operations, and Legal to coordinate work-streams.
• Support post-launch payer account management, including monitoring data feeds and reporting needs.
• Help build Chamber's first payer implementation playbook by documenting repeatable steps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3–5 years of experience in client-facing implementation roles within healthcare, ideally with health plans
• Strong project management skills and ability to build project plans from the ground up
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work Eastern or Central time zone hours
