Job description
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Understand client business models, operational processes, and payment-related needs
- Monitor and forecast key payment performance metrics
- Create development plans for assigned clients
- Collaborate with PSP Business Development, Technical teams, and Business Account Managers to resolve issues
- Communicate client requirements and feedback to internal teams
- Identify opportunities to improve account management processes and efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in client-facing roles (relationship management, account management, or customer success)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher)
- Russian native-level proficiency
- Good understanding of the IT industry and key business processes
- Strong time management skills
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Fintech, Payments, or Payment Service Provider (PSP) environments
- Previous account management experience
- Familiarity with the Gambling or iGaming industry
- Basic understanding of platform functionality and knowledge of Devcode
