Job description

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of assigned consulting workstreams across strategy, performance improvement, and analytics-focused initiatives.
  • Break down complex, ambiguous business challenges into structured analytical frameworks.
  • Translate data-driven insights into actionable commercial recommendations.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Deliver high-quality client-ready presentations, storylines, and executive summaries.
  • Act as the day-to-day client interface for a major GCC brand and its banking partners.
  • Facilitate workshops, hypothesis discussions, and progress reviews with stakeholders.
  • Communicate complex analytical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Coordinate across multiple parties including banks, airlines, and internal teams.
  • Partner with Data Scientists to shape analytical questions and interpret findings.
  • Convert advanced analytics outputs into practical business strategies and solutions.
  • Ensure analytical work aligns with broader consulting objectives.
  • Support senior leaders in refining project scope and direction as engagements evolve.
  • Contribute to proposal development, scoping, and effort estimation.
  • Apply established consulting methodologies and best practices to regional engagements.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years in management consulting, strategy, analytics consulting, or similar roles.
  • Proven experience leading workstreams and interfacing directly with clients.
  • Exposure to payments, financial services, loyalty, travel, airlines, or co-brand programs is a strong plus.
  • Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments requiring senior-level engagement.
  • Strong structured problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent presentation building and storytelling skills (PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to link analytics to real business outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
