Payment Operation Manager

Responsibilities

• Participate in integration projects with PSPs and payment platforms
• Work with online payments, payment flows, and transaction lifecycles
• Set up and improve cashier UX including payment buttons and instructions
• Oversee day-to-day payment operations, monitoring transactions, balances, and reconciliation
• Analyze payment performance, routing, and key operational metrics
• Collaborate with providers and internal product, business, and support teams
• Maintain stability of payment operations in a multi-geo environment
• Drive operational improvements and payment experience quality

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in Payments Operations or Billing
• Hands-on understanding of online payment systems, PSPs, and technical integrations
• Proficiency with financial and transactional data, budgeting, and settlement calculations
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Tableau
• Experience communicating with international partners and PSPs
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency
