Payment Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full payment cycle including coordination with Legal and Finance teams
• Manage daily 7–14 day liquidity forecasting and account balancing
• Route payments based on limits and currency to ensure cost efficiency
• Monitor bank fees and select cost-effective banking partners
• Verify invoices against internal policies and system details
• Investigate payment delays or blocks using Root Cause Analysis
• Process bank statements and reconcile balances using 1C and Tableau
• Maintain knowledge bases in Confluence and automate routine tasks using Excel macros or no-code tools

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Treasury, Banking, or FinTech/iGaming
• Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with 1C or similar accounting systems
• Familiarity with Tableau or similar reporting tools
• Fluency in English and Russian
• Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail
