Responsibilities

• Ensure stable operation of payment infrastructure and maintain high processing quality
• Work with payment orchestration platforms and support effective configuration
• Manage implementation of new payment methods, providers, and configurations
• Build and maintain relationships with payment providers, acquiring banks, and vendors
• Coordinate resolution of operational issues, incidents, and processing problems
• Analyze acceptance rates, decline reasons, and optimize payment conversion
• Analyze retry logic performance and optimize payment recovery strategies
• Administer and maintain the billing system for recurring payments and subscriptions
• Analyze payment data and provide actionable recommendations to improve processes
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, Risk, and Engineering teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Payment Operations, Payments Management, or Billing Operations
• Strong understanding of online payment lifecycle, card processing, and billing systems
• Hands-on experience with payment orchestration platforms
• Experience configuring payment routing and routing strategies
• Experience working directly with payment providers to resolve operational issues
• Experience optimizing payment conversion and improving acceptance rates
• Hands-on experience with recurring payments and subscription models
• Proficiency in Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Solidgate
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI
• Experience in SaaS or subscription-based products
• Understanding of Fraud Prevention and Risk Management processes
