Payment Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead PSP integrations from start to finish
• Maintain PSP settings, monitor system performance, and implement reconciliation protocols
• Build reports and dashboards to track PSP effectiveness and performance
• Conduct testing of PSP configurations and troubleshoot outages
• Act as the cross-functional liaison between Payments, Finance, Accounting, Tech, and Product teams
• Drive the product maturity of the payments stack
• Develop operational procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in a PSP-related role (integration, operations, support, or technical)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working autonomously with minimal structure
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a critical thinking mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical background (e.g., degree in Computer Science or similar, or relevant experience)
• Experience in FX or financial operations
• Exposure to crypto or crypto exchange platforms
• Russian language skills
