Payments Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding with providers, including corporate documents and application forms
• Negotiate fees and favorable commercial terms with providers
• Source and secure credentials such as API keys and access for provider connections
• Oversee account onboarding and ongoing management
• Draft clear technical specifications for new provider and payment method integrations
• Drive integration tasks from setup to production in coordination with development and QA teams
• Maintain and grow formal and informal partner relationships
• Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and partner visits
• Conduct market research on popular payment methods and present findings internally

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Project Manager, Business Development, or Operations Manager within a Payments team
• Experience communicating with foreign customers and C-level partners
• Understanding of KYC, AML, and compliance procedures
• Understanding of technical payment integration structures including APIs, webhooks, and transaction statuses
• Upper-Intermediate level of English
• Experience formulating technical tasks for development teams
• Understanding of the testing process for payment methods is a plus
