Payroll Incident/Risk Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify and raise potential incidents, risks, and anticipated points of resistance.
• Own payroll incidents end to end, ensuring a resolution and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns with the relevant stakeholders.
• Investigate cases that are more complex with complete ownership and creativity.

Requirements

• Strong sense of ownership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience within a Payroll environment.
• Excellent project management, organizational skills, and relationship building skills.
• Outstanding communication skills: written and spoken.
• Writes and speaks fluent English.

Preferred Qualifications

• It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus.
