PBM Client Success Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage case tracking and resolution by engaging internal departments and interpreting reporting dashboards
• Drive complex issues from open to resolution while providing updates to the client success team
• Develop practical and creative solutions for clients and members
• Communicate information at varying levels of complexity to appropriate internal resources
• Ensure all client performance guarantees and deadlines are met
• Provide operational and administrative support including prepping materials and maintaining documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of client success or healthcare/PBM experience preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare, PBM, or benefits administration preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and develop solutions effectively
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
