PBM Coordinator, Benefit Configuration

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for internal inquiries regarding benefit configuration, formulary management, and plan setup
• Research and troubleshoot issues related to benefit configurations and formulary setups by reviewing plan documents
• Configure and maintain benefit plans, copay structures, and formulary schedules
• Generate and analyze benefit utilization reports and formulary compliance metrics
• Collaborate with Account Management, Contact Center, and Clinical teams to resolve benefit-specific issues
• Support the PBM Pharmacy Associate with daily configuration tasks and formulary maintenance
• Maintain accurate documentation for benefit plan setups and implementations

Requirements

• 1-3 years of PBM experience in benefits administration or plan configuration
• Pharmacy Technician or related experience highly desirable
