PBM Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of eligibility and accumulator file feeds and interfaces
• Support claims extract file feeds to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery
• Serve as a day-to-day resource for eligibility, accumulator, and claims extract data needs
• Collaborate with engineering, client success, and implementation teams
• Monitor downstream vendor feeds and third-party integrations
• Perform research and troubleshooting for data feed inquiries or issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes and internal controls

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in healthcare operations, PBM, health plan, or data/eligibility operations
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Working knowledge of Excel
• Experience with eligibility, accumulator, or claims file feeds
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
