Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires
• Manage employee lifecycle changes including promotions, transfers, and departures
• Maintain accurate employee records in ChartHop, ADP, and Leapsome
• Coordinate company-wide People programs such as surveys, L&D, and wellness initiatives
• Track policy rollouts, handbook acknowledgments, and multi-state compliance
• Facilitate leaves of absence and workplace accommodation processes
• Support full-cycle hiring and sourcing for operational roles when needed
• Use AI tools to automate and streamline recurring People operations

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in People Operations or HR
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end employee lifecycle
• Experience with onboarding, leaves of absence, and employee relations
• Proficiency with ADP WorkforceNow, Greenhouse, or similar platforms
• High attention to detail and experience handling sensitive/confidential data
• Comfort using AI tools to drive operational efficiency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
