People Operations Coach

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching to members through virtual sessions using the Mento platform
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve coaching abilities and skills
• Communicate with members via email or chat between sessions
• Share coaching tools and insights within the Mento coaching community
• Act as an ambassador of the Mento community with kindness, respect, and empathy

Requirements

• VP+ or C-suite human resources leadership experience
• 20+ years of experience managing HR teams and coaching individuals
• Experience within technology companies or high-growth startups
• Ability to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month for at least 24 months
• Capacity to work 3-5 hours per week
• Based in North America or Europe

Preferred Qualifications

• Coaching certification
• High emotional intelligence and self-awareness
• Growth mindset and comfort in changing startup environments
