Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records across various employment setups and ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and access coordination
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for HR matters, providing clear guidance and timely resolutions
  • Maintain HR systems, ensure data integrity, and implement operational improvements
  • Support recruitment processes, including candidate screening and interview coordination

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct HR experience
  • Experience working across multiple EMEA countries and employment models
  • Solid understanding of full lifecycle HR practices and compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience working in remote or distributed teams
  • Proficiency with HR systems, spreadsheets, and digital tools
