People Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement People programs by building, documenting, and rolling out processes and training managers
• Build and scale People Ops processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
• Manage compensation operations including market benchmarking, leveling, and pay reviews
• Own end-to-end payroll operations to ensure accurate, on-time, and compliant runs
• Administer benefits and leave, serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries
• Maintain HRIS accuracy, data integrity, and audit readiness
• Act as a trusted partner to employees and managers for HR-related questions and compliance

Requirements

• Proven experience in People Operations covering benefits, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and leave administration
• Experience building and improving scalable processes in a growing company
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and people data reporting
• Strong understanding of employment and payroll compliance
• Ability to maintain 5+ hours of overlap with US Pacific Time (9am–6pm PT)
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the U.S. for team offsites and events
